A property professional with nearly 20 years experience in the housing and new home sectors Clive is very excited at the prospects for PolySteel and determined to promote the opportunities to a wider audience.

“I have sold all sorts of houses to all sorts of people over the years and know that today’s buying public demand better design, better energy efficiency and better durability from their new home and developers can provide all of this faster and at a lower cost by building with PolySteel ICFs.”

Clive relocated to Gloucestershire from Hampshire in 2002 and lives with his wife Sally and four children in the Forest Of Dean.

Steve Burgess

Steve joined PolySteel as National Account Manager in November 2005, shortly after Clive Austin started, and quickly discovered they used to live a few hundred yards away from each other when growing up in Southampton – small world or what ??

After many years in the packaging industry Steve could not resist a new challenge and the prospect of developing PolySteel was an exciting opportunity and the sort of role he could really get his teeth into while utilising his considerable experience of sales and customer service – something PolySteel are very serious about.

Steve is responsible for the UK and Ireland where he has travelled extensively and although a relative newcomer to the building industry has worked on PolySteel sites in both the UK and Ireland – this proves our theory that anyone can build with it !!!

Steve is happily divorced and lives with his partner Lynne in a cottage in the country in the suburbs of Cheltenham.

Lilian Iles

Lilian is the newest member of the team and has joined PolySteel as Office Manager.  Lilian was born in the emerald Isle - Belfast to be precise and lived there until she was 9 years old.  Lilian has spent the rest of her life living in Cheltenham.  She married Phil 39 years ago and their son Robert, is forging a successful career in journalism and is the Sports Journalist for a Gloucershire newspaper.

Lilian has 40 years of experience in Admin/Accounts mainly gained in the motor trade.  Part of Lilian's responsibilities is liaising with our customers and our factories and scheduling the logistical requirements which can be complex and stressful, but Lilian manages to remain unfluistered and we appreciate her great contribution to our team.

Lilian enjoys reading and appreciates most categories of music which she likes listening to regularly.  Lilian has recently taken up "Keep fit" classes which she enjoys immensely.
