Meet the Team

Paul Boyce Paul, born in Gloucester just eight miles away from Cheltenham where he now lives with his wife Deborah and three daughters and thoroughly enjoys working for PolySteel UK as Managing Director. The beautiful Cotswolds that surround Cheltenham are truly inspirational and provide a perfect backdrop from where we can promote the PolySteel Warmerwall advanced building system.  Paul a born pragmatist, has always been excited about what the future may hold and how for whatever small part we play can help in delivering a service and products that provide answers to some of the many responsibilities we as humans all bear. With a career history of electrical engineering, waste management, quality and health and safety consultancy, Paul is keen to use his experience to help the construction industry and its many clients accept that progress is driven by embracing new ideas and technologies where there are proven, clear and long lasting benefits for the client and for the environment. Paul promises to give his full support to PolySteel team in delivery of an efficient, friendly, responsible and sustainable service with the full knowledge that the client always has a choice.
Lilian Iles Lilian is the newest member of the team and has joined PolySteel as Office Manager.  Lilian was born in the emerald Isle - Belfast to be precise and lived there until she was 9 years old.  Lilian has spent the rest of her life living in Cheltenham.  She married Phil 40 years ago and their son Robert, is forging a successful career in journalism and is the Sports Journalist for a Gloucestershire newspaper. Lilian has over 40 years of experience in Admin/Accounts mainly gained in the motor trade.  Part of Lilian's responsibilities is liaising with our customers and our factories and scheduling the logistical requirements which can be complex and stressful, but Lilian manages to remain unflustered and we appreciate her great contribution to our team. Lilian enjoys reading and appreciates most categories of music which she likes listening to regularly.
Steve Burgess Steve joined PolySteel as National Account Manager in November 2005.  After many years in the packaging industry Steve could not resist a new challenge and the prospect of developing PolySteel was an exciting opportunity and the sort of role he could really get his teeth into while utilising his considerable experience of sales and customer service – something PolySteel are very serious about. Steve is responsible for the UK and Ireland where he has travelled extensively and although a relative newcomer to the building industry has worked on PolySteel sites in both the UK and Ireland – this proves our theory that anyone can build with it !!! Steve is happily divorced and lives with his partner Lynne in a cottage in the country in the suburbs of Cheltenham.
