Being mindful of the present squeeze on the economy and the reluctance of banks to release funds at reasonable rates to help growth, PolySteel has taken the initiative with the help of our supply chain partners to reduce the purchase price of our forms for a period of three months from 1st August 2009, now extended until 30th April 2010, to help stimulate the building of new homes built with PolySteel Insulated Concrete Forms whilst in the warmer months of the year.

True to our word in support of transparency, we are the first ICF Company as far as we know to publish our prices on the internet and to supply an indicative build cost calculator, free of charge, which will help you to assess and compare the cost of your project* before you start.

All our prices are subject to standard rate VAT reference HMRC Site Section 2.2 and 11.1

New build customers not registered for VAT may qualify for the DIY Housebuilders & Converters Scheme See HMRC for details.

This will allow you the flexibility to decide how much you would like to be involved with your build and consequently how much you can save by being involved.  We think that you will be hard pressed to find a building method that offered so much in relationship to build and running costs and speedy delivery whilst usually exceeding building regulations and building codes etc. etc.
